Summer Cooking is All About The Grill

Summer cooking and the grill is always be interesting things to do. How about to prepare some chicken grill with peas and ice cream as a dessert ?

Just for an example you will set up some grilled chicken for four people, and then you have to prepare 12 to 15 pounds of chicken. This looks like a lot of chicken, but keep in mind the roasting process that will shrink the size of the native chicken about one-fiftieth from its original size.

Sometimes most people prefer to make marinating for their chicken to get moister dish. But it is not always true, techniques for grilling is actually the key to creating a flavor. Also try to cook with charcoal, not gas, because it also has an effect on your grill flavor. Burn the charcoal until its light and start grilling those pieces of chicken when the fire are leaping to their highest points.

Next to prepare the peas, take two or three skewers and carefully thread the peas onto them and do with leisurely fashion because it will take a little time. When the chicken seems to have taken on a lovely blackened glow, push it to the sides of the grill, and make room for the skewers and the lettuce. Then simply toss a hunk of iceberg onto the grill, turn it several times, and then put it on a plate and mask it with gobs of Blue Cheese dressing.

Prepare the ice cream, if you have an ice cream store in the refrigerator and has frozen you can also roast it until it melted. And the scoop out four balls, and roll in flour, followed by Rice Krispies. Have a nice summer and enjoy your summer grill...
