Enrich the Flavor with Tea
Tea can be useful as an antioxidant and its also good for your diet. But besides just consumed with the drink, tea can also be used to enrich flavor into our favorite dishes without increasing the number of calories, salt, sugar, or fat in food. The following instructions on how to process them.
Tea as a flavor ingredient
Mix 1 tsp black tea leaves into a cup of fresh lemon juice and then heated. Then remove and let stand for 5 minutes, then strain the leaves. Soak mussels or processed shrimp into the mix and save it in the fridge for 15-60 minutes, before cooking.
When used as a sauce, add 1 cloves garlic finely chopped, and 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Boil until boiling, then add the shellfish that have been roasted.
Tea as an ingredient broth
